The fees listed below are for guidelines only and are subject to change at the discretion of the Practice.
Before any treatments take place, you will be supplied with a written treatment plan, including costs.

* Denplan fees bands A-E – assessed on patients’ needs at the first appointment.

*The increase in price for a hygiene visit is because we are following guidance from The British Dental
Hygiene Association who have advised that a hygiene visit should be 45 minutes long.

The increase in price is to reflect the increased length of appointments to provide gold-standard treatment and to keep patients and staff as safe as possible.

When booking a private dental appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit.
When booking a hygienist appointment, you will be required to pay a £25 deposit.
If you fail to attend any private dental appointment or give us less than 2 Working Days’ notice, you will lose your deposit.
If you fail to attend a hygienist appointment or give us less than 2 Working Days’ notice, your deposit will be used towards the failed to attend fee of £48.00, leaving a fee of £23.00 payable.

0% Finance

For treatments of £1000.00 or over, Rothley Lodge Dental Practice are able to offer 0% finance. For more information, call our reception or speak to your dentist during a consultation.

Finance is available to UK residents aged 18 and above. Credit is subject to status, terms and conditions apply.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend or fail to attend an appointment with our hygienist without 2 Working Days’ notice, there will be a charge of £48.00.
